Missing emails almost always have one of three causes.
Check spam and promotions
Gmail’s Promotions tab catches a lot of automated mail. Mark one of our messages as Not promotions and future emails will land in your inbox.
Bounce suspension
If we got a hard bounce on a previous email (mailbox full, address invalid, etc.), we pause sending to that address. Open Settings → Notifications — there’s a banner if your address is suspended, with a one-click resume.
Add us to your safelist
Allowlist noreply@example.com in your email client. This is more important than people realize on mail providers with strict filters.
